Meet SARA
Sara Stevens MSc (PRM), BSc (Hons) Psychology, D.Hyp, D.BSCH Clinical Hypnotherapist | EMDR Practitioner | Life Coach | Educational Author Sara Stevens has been practising as a Clinical Hypnotherapist since 1994 and has extensive experience working with both adults and children.
She holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Psychological Research Methods, and is qualified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Life Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Reiki (Master level), and Shamanic healing. Sara has worked with tens of thousands of clients presenting with anxiety, PTSD, phobias, depression, OCD, emotional trauma, weight management issues, and a wide range of habits and addictions. Her integrative approach combines evidence-based psychological techniques with therapeutic hypnotherapy, enabling clients to achieve safe, effective, and often rapid change.
Due to her academic background and clinical expertise, Sara receives private referrals from GPs throughout Leicestershire. Her work spans both clinical and educational settings, supporting individuals across all age groups with complex emotional and psychological challenges. In addition to her clinical practice, Sara is an established writer and educational author. She has written books designed to support children experiencing anxiety and emotional difficulties and regularly works within school settings, delivering CPD training events for teachers and educational professionals.
Sara has specialised across all areas of hypnotherapy and has particular expertise in helping adults and children with severe anxiety and emotional issues. Her depth of experience allows her to tailor therapy to each individual, supporting lasting personal change and emotional wellbeing.
