I have bought this book to use with children at work, this book has been enjoyed by children of all ages and has helped them have a better understanding of what anxiety is and how to deal with it. Great addition to any classroom or for parents who are looking for ways to help their children who are suffering with anxiety. Watermead Day Nursery

Wow what a find, Don't Feed the Cat is a beautifully illustrated book which explains how tiny worries can turn into huge anxieties and how to manage emotions.

The author uses brilliant illustrations and story telling to provides a great tool for adults to help children understand how to try and calm their minds. Looks suitable for a range of ages. Flowers

Perfectly written for children and so practical for helping them to understand their worries. My sons loved the pictures and when they struggle or find themselves worrying, it is brilliant to bring out as a reminder.

Would recommend for any parent ⭐️

Read with my 8 year old daughter who is going through parental separation. She related immediately to the idea of the lion in the book. I think it helped her to understand how worries can build and gave her a mechanism to reduce those worries. Great book, prompts good discussion with your child and gives them a tool to help reduce their worries
